What an urgent EICR request does not include
People use the word emergency for an imminent tenancy, a missing report, a post-incident question, or a compliance deadline. Those are different from a dangerous fault that needs repair now. Call the office to check attendance availability. An urgent deadline does not remove applicable inspection duties.

Sort the kind of urgency first
Imminent tenancy
A move-in date does not create a same-day inspection rule. The move-in page covers a close start date and an unclear file.
Missing report
A missing copy is not proof that no inspection happened, and it is not an emergency repair.
After an incident
A new EICR describes the installation on the new inspection date. It does not reconstruct the day of the incident.
Compliance query
Ask which duty you think applies. Urgency does not choose the duty for you.
Immediate danger
If something is sparking, overheating, or being touched live, a periodic EICR is not the fault repair. Do not wait on a condition report to make that safe.

The published appointment windows are not an emergency service
The residential configuration publishes these windows: Morning 09:00–12:00, Afternoon 12:00–16:00, After 4pm 16:00–19:00. They are ordinary appointment windows. They are not an emergency rota, and they are not a promise that a particular day is free.
Tell the enquiry the date that matters, what the property is, and whether you already hold a report. The reply can say whether an inspection can be arranged. It cannot turn this page into a same-day certificate.
For an inspection, use EICR testing. A close move-in with an unclear file is covered on what to do when move-in is close.
To check inspection availability, request a weekday visit or contact the office. A request does not guarantee a same-day inspection or certificate.
