Our London office organises your booking, your price, your reminders and your report, so you have one point of contact from start to finish.

Every inspection is carried out by a qualified, vetted electrician on a subcontracted basis. Their name and signature are on your report, so you always know who tested your property.

See your fixed price before you book: from £142.80 to £250.80 including VAT for flats and houses. No call-out fee.

Book online, by phone or on WhatsApp, 24/7. Choose a weekday morning or afternoon window; after 4pm and weekends are on request. Visit length depends on the property; we give you an estimate when we confirm.

After the visit we email your invoice with the result. Once it is paid, the report is emailed to you as a PDF on the current forms, usually within 24 hours of the visit.

The electrician who tests your property decides the result and signs the report. We never change their findings to make a report look better than it is.

If something needs fixing, we tell you plainly what is urgent and what is not, and we price it clearly.
