Residential EICR
From £142.80 including VAT, with the property type, bedroom band and postcode used for the exact price.
Domestic EPC
£149 + VAT (£178.80 inc VAT), before applicable travel and parking.
PAT testing
Up to 10 appliances: £159.99 + VAT (£191.99 inc VAT), before applicable travel and parking. More appliances need a quotation.
Commercial property
Tell us about the premises and the services needed. The office quotes the agreed site scope.
Central London travel may add £18 + VAT (£21.60 inc VAT) per engineer visit. Parking is variable and agreed before confirmation. Check your postcode in the booking form.
EICR and PAT share the electrical engineer visit. Adding EPC creates a separate assessor visit, so the Central London travel charge applies to both visits where applicable.
The form shows the applicable total for the information you enter, or tells you when a quotation is required. Selecting several services does not introduce an advertised bundle discount.

Request the same day and window when that suits the access arrangements. Each specialist’s availability still needs confirmation.
A separate EPC preference
Choose a different EPC date or window in the form if that is easier for the property or access contact.

Use the full address and flat number, and explain what each specialist can access.
Office confirmation
The request brings the services together for review. The office confirms the agreed arrangements before attendance.
If you manage several addresses, contact the office with the portfolio details. Each property needs its own clear scope and access instruction.

Need repairs or an energy improvement plan?
An inspection or assessment may identify a separate next step. Electrical repairs are quoted for the scope you agree. Energy improvement planning is a different brief from obtaining the EPC.

Do I have to select all three services?
No. Select only the services you need. The booking form allows EICR, EPC and PAT to be selected individually or together.
Is this a discounted package?
Each service is priced separately, with no bundle discount. Choose the checks you need and enter the property details and postcode to see the applicable total, or request a quotation where needed.
Will everything happen in one appointment?
EPC uses a separate assessor. The office checks the requested dates and confirms each visit. A shared preferred day does not guarantee that the specialists arrive together.
Do I pay when I submit the request?
The request form does not take payment. Review the applicable service price and booking agreement, then the office confirms the arrangements.
Can this cover a block or several properties?
Contact the office for a block, communal installation or portfolio. Identify each installation or address, the services needed and the access arrangements so the correct scope can be quoted.
