Prefer us to ring you? Tap "Call me back" in any price box, choose a time and we call you.

Choose flat or house, the bedrooms and your postcode to see your fixed price, VAT included. Book it online, pick a weekday window (evenings and weekends on request), and we confirm your slot by phone or email.

Something unusual about the property, such as more than one fuse board or tricky access? Mention it in the booking notes or call us first and we will price it properly.

Commercial EICRs are quoted per site. Send the site type, rough size, the number of fuse boards if you know it and when we can get in. You get a fixed quote before anything is booked.

We can work early, late or at weekends so testing does not disrupt your trading hours or your tenants.

Email or WhatsApp the full report, every page, not just the summary. We review the findings and send one quote for the agreed repair work. You decide what goes ahead.

Small repairs start from £150 + VAT (£180 inc VAT). A full consumer unit (fuse board) replacement starts from £975 + VAT (£1,170 inc VAT). Commercial remedial work is quoted per site.

• The property postcode.
• Flat, house or commercial, and roughly how big.
• Whether you need a new EICR, have a failed report or need repairs.
• Who will let the electrician in.
• Any deadline from your letting agent, lender or council.

We only use your details to arrange and deliver your inspection, in line with our Privacy Policy. If you give us a tenant's number for access, please let them know we will be in touch.

If you think there is immediate electrical danger, switch off at the fuse board if it is safe to do so and call us or an emergency electrician straight away.
