How should a landlord read the current price?
The numbers live on the cost page. Here they are only so a landlord can see which line applies, and which decisions are not part of that price.

The cost page is the price list. This page explains how a landlord reads it. It is not a second list.
Use the current rate card and your property details to check the inspection price.
The current dwelling prices
The current flat prices excluding VAT are Studio £119, 1 bedroom £129, 2 bedrooms £139, 3 bedrooms £149, 4+ bedrooms £169.
The current house prices excluding VAT are 1 bedroom £149, 2 bedrooms £159, 3 bedrooms £169, 4 bedrooms £189, 5+ bedrooms £209.
VAT on these residential prices is 20%.
A central London travel fee of £18 excluding VAT can apply.
Parking is variable and is not a fixed fee.
A commercial part is not one of these dwelling lines. The configuration says commercial work is a manual quotation with no automatic price.

The report and any later work
The inspection price is for the inspection and the report. Remedial work, if the report requires it, is a separate decision and is not included.
A landlord request should say whether the property is a flat or a house, how many bedrooms, and anything that takes it outside those dwelling lines, such as an HMO or a commercial part.

The price list is the EICR cost page. The landlord service is EICR certificates for landlords. An HMO quotation is explained separately and is not one of these dwelling lines.
